An O2 customer who ordered for a new mobile phone could not believe what he saw with his eyes. Greg Cundill was horrified when he opened the box, expecting to find a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but instead discovered a sponge and a tin of SARDINES.
The 23-year-old aircraft engineer is still without a mobile four days later - and blasted the phone company for leaving him in the dark about a replacement.
O2 said it was investigating the mishap alongside UK Mail, the courier firm it used to deliver the item to Honiton, Devon, on Thursday.
